This is a true generalist role, requiring broad exposure to transactional work, strong contract drafting capabilities (including EPC contracting), exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to partner with business units across the enterprise. The role provides meaningful exposure to senior leadership and hands‑on involvement in all aspects of corporate operations.ExperienceThe successful candidate will have 4+ years with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a medium‑to‑large law firm setting.Location/RelocationTucker, Georgia. This is an in‑office position for 4-5 days a week.
