Requirements
- Minimum of fifteen years of heavy civil transportation project experience
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management
- Working knowledge of railroad bridge construction methods, materials, standards, and specifications
- Amtrak and/or NJ Transit experience (preferred)
- Primavera P6 Certification
- Demonstrated experience with complex rail project scheduling, time-impact analysis, delay claim management, contract acceleration
- Good writing, computer and communication skills
