At WECTEC Staffing Services, we support an Engineering and Construction Division delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects. As our Senior CPM Scheduling Manager, you’ll be the hub connecting Project Originators, Developers, Early-Stage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers—aligning development, engineering, and construction into one coherent, data-driven plan.
Answer yes to the following?
- Can you build and maintain integrated Primavera P6 schedules from concept through closeout?
- Have you led scheduling teams and coordinated timelines across multiple internal and external stakeholders?
- Are you comfortable delivering monthly baseline vs. actual reports with clear variance narratives?
- Do you use CPM methods with resource and cost loading, plus manpower analysis, to validate and optimize plans?
- When slippage occurs, can you evaluate updates, quantify impacts, and craft practical recovery strategies?
- Do you facilitate productive schedule reviews that surface scope, constraints, and priorities?
- Can you brief leadership succinctly on status, variances, and risk exposure?
- Are you proactive about improving scheduling processes to enhance execution quality?
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of Primavera P6 experience.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $57-62/hr.
