The Senior Craft Recruiter serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for leading direct-hire craft recruiting efforts across multiple projects, regions, or business units. This role plays a critical part in ensuring Worley can attract, hire, andmobilize highly qualified craft professionals to support project execution while maintaining compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and workforce planning objectives.
The Senior Craft Recruiter partners closely with Construction, Operations, Project Controls, Human Resources, and Site Leadership teams to develop proactive workforce strategies, build sustainable talent pipelines, and ensure the successful delivery of project staffing requirements. This position provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to recruiting team members while driving continuous improvement in recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning initiatives.
