Responsibilities
Social Media Analytics Expert
Bring a specialty in social media analytics to understand how content performs across organic, paid, and creator channels. For assigned campaigns or workstreams, analyze engagement, audience behavior, social listening, and creative performance using established measurement frameworks. Translate findings into clear recommendations for content optimization and testing, partnering with social, creative, and media teams to maintain consistent reporting and document actionable learnings.
Run the System of Learning workstream
Run SOL learning cycles for one defined campaign or learning workstream, following agreed priorities and methods with regular leadership guidance. Maintain operating processes, learning cadences, and documentation; apply approved governance and data standards, and identify process improvements for leadership review.
Partner with Global Media, Data Science, and Analytics to connect the assigned campaign's creative activations with campaign, audience, and performance data. Coordinate day-to-day requirements and dependencies for agreed integrations using established enterprise data systems.
Execute agreed tests and deliver insights
Execute agreed test-and-learn plans within the assigned campaign or learning workstream. Refine hypotheses with leadership and measurement partners, coordinate creative inputs, conduct hands-on analysis, and document results and follow-up. Use agreed measurement frameworks and incorporate audience feedback and test results into learning cycles.
Translate findings into actionable creative and social recommendations within approved priorities and budgets. Explain the evidence and limitations, and propose practical next steps for review. Escalate decisions about the broader learning agenda, investment priorities, and resource trade-offs to leadership.
Maintain playbooks and reusable content
Maintain playbooks, best-practice libraries, and modular storytelling and content resources for the assigned workstream. Document insights and share relevant findings with day-to-day partners so effective approaches can be reused within established standards.
Monitor digital messaging, competitor activity, and conversation trends with partner teams to identify creative opportunities relevant to the assigned workstream. Apply approved AI-driven creative workflows and automation to accelerate insight synthesis, content adaptation, and learning documentation, with appropriate review and quality controls.
Own delivery and coordinate collaborators
Own the quality, documentation, and timely delivery of analyses and outputs for the assigned campaign or learning workstream. Align milestones and dependencies with day-to-day collaborators, provide progress updates, and escalate conflicting priorities, delivery risks, or decisions outside the agreed scope. This role does not include hiring, direct-report supervision, performance reviews, or people-management accountability.
Synthesize performance data and relevant trends into concise findings and recommendations for marketing partners and leadership. Partner with measurement specialists to report ROI, learning outcomes, and workstream impact using agreed measures, explaining limitations and recommended next steps.
Embody our Culture and Values.
