JOB TITLE: Senior Creative Manager
MAX PR: $48/hr
LOCATION: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
JOB TYPE: Contract


Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications campaigns. This role requires strong experience working with creative teams (copywriters, designers) and managing multi-channel campaigns in an agency or in-house agency environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary Account Manager and strategic advisor for marketing and communications initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of creative and brand campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop communication strategies aligned with business goals
  • Act as main point of contact for stakeholders and internal clients
  • Collaborate with creative teams (copywriters, designers) to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Create project plans, manage timelines, and oversee budgets
  • Write and present creative briefs and strategic recommendations
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
  • Support digital and marketing channel optimization efforts
  • Provide reporting, insights, and campaign performance evaluation
  • Support crisis communication efforts when required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, English, or related field
  • 8+ years of Account Management / Creative Project Management experience
  • Strong experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams (copywriters, designers)
  • Experience writing creative briefs and providing strategic direction
  • Strong project management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agency or in-house agency experience (highly preferred)
  • Experience in branding, advertising, and digital campaigns
  • Experience in energy/utilities industry (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with work management tools (e.g., Workamajig)
  • Exposure to Kanban or Agile workflows
