The position of Senior Credit Analyst II is responsible for performing in-depth, thorough financial and collateral analysis and investigation of the credit worthiness of prospective and current clients, which includes ensuring that requested loans conform to Bank's lending policies and procedures and generally accepted underwriting practices that are a necessary component of creating a safe and sound loan. Supports lenders in collection and analysis of loan application data; guides the loan underwriting process from the time when loans requests are assigned to the time they are approved and is typically responsible for analysis of the most complex credit requests; prepares credit related reports and summaries for presentation to loan officers and/or loan committee.

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field from a college or university and 5 to 7 years prior related experience and/or training in one or more of the following fields: commercial credit, accounting, financial statement preparation/analysis, or other financial analysis. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a combined minimum of 7 years higher education and/or work experience in financial industry, including 5 to 7 years prior related experience and/or training in one or more of the following fields: commercial credit, accounting, financial statement preparation/analysis, or other financial analysis.
