This job is responsible for leading a group of managers who drive the client credit relationship, including the full credit process and leading parts of the credit deal lifecycle such as application, structuring, approval, due diligence, documentation, closing, and monitoring. Key responsibilities include partnering with business teams, providing credit expertise, and ensuring policy compliance, data accuracy, and timely execution. Required Skills:
General Qualifications:
14+ years of Commercial Banking Credit Experience (including Middle Market, Leveraged Finance, Large Corporate Banking)
3+ years’ experience managing a credit team
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle change and drive results
Executive Presence required
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree required

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$175,000.00 - $250,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
