The Senior CRM Content Specialist is responsible for leading processes to build content across channels such as email marketing, SMS/text, and app-based marketing automation. As a member of the Creative team, this role will create and leverage AI tools to enable content creation at scale across the portfolio of 20 brands under the Neighborly umbrella. They will coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams - including Customer Engagement, Digital, and Brand Marketing - in order to fulfill content needs.

As a Senior CRM Content Specialist on the Creative team, a typical day for you will include:

• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to build content library across email marketing, SMS/text, and app/portal customer communications like app notifications
• Maintain, enhance, update AI-powered tools and agents to scale content creation
• Write copy and choose imagery for marketing communications across CRM marketing automation channels
• Maintain and partner with brand teams refine tone-of-voice guidelines across the portfolio of brands in partnership with marketing teams
• Translate brand voice into structured prompts and workflows for consistent AI-generated output
• Own master content calendar strategy across the portfolio of 20 brands
• Adapt messaging for different audiences, services, and stages of the customer journey
• Use performance data to refine messaging, including testing and optimizing headlines, hooks, and offers
• Ensure all copy aligns with brand standards, legal guidelines, and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, designers, CRM team, and brand marketing teams to deliver cohesive CRM creative content

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, or copywriting roles
• Proven experience writing for customer relationship management marketing channels (e.g., email, SMS/text, direct mail, mobile app)
• Experience developing or working within brand voice/tone of voice systems
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to create marketing content
• Experience working across multiple brands or campaigns preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adept at creating new operating processes and refining for efficiency
• Comfortable using AI tools to support and scale copywriting workflows
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and apply insights

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CT.
• Hybrid work model
