Number of available positions: 1

High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Texas Drivers License, Class C required. Three (3) years experience required in cleaning and caring for buildings. Two years experience required in supervising others. Must have: knowledge of cleaning chemicals, floor finishes and their application; skill and experience in performing minor repairs and painting; knowledge and understanding of warning labels.
