Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Engineer with over 7 years of expertise in Advanced Java Concepts. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical liaison at the customer site, working closely with remote project teams to deliver effective, cutting-edge solutions. Your strong technical background and leadership skills will be pivotal in ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within the scope of the customer's operational needs and resources.
Key Responsibilities:

• Single Point of Contact: Act as the dedicated on-site liaison, coordinating calls and communications with various remote technical project teams to drive project success.
• Project Leadership: Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan, oversee project execution, and implement effective strategies to achieve project goals considering site size, operational constraints, and available resources.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly update all stakeholders on project progress and proactively manage any risks or delays, ensuring transparency and smooth project flow.
• Reporting: Provide timely and detailed reports to the designated Client Digital Technology lead on site, ensuring clear communication of project status and challenges.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced Java Expertise: Over 7 years of in-depth experience in Advanced Java Concepts, with a proven track record of leveraging this expertise to drive complex projects.
• Technical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and integrate advanced technical solutions with operational requirements.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
• Customer-Focused Approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
