Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our Customer Marketing team in Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto.

You know your way around a marketing funnel and how to work with stakeholders to remove friction points for our customers every step of the way. What you'll work on:

• Managing end-to-end marketing programs for our small business customer segment across the post-purchase customer lifecycle with a principal focus on cross-sell, upsell, and expansion with ownership and forecasting of the targets
• Owning campaign ideation, planning and execution for cross-selling multiple products within your designated customer segments, tied to sales pipeline and quota to drive new product and feature adoption
• Building multi-channel program plans, including email, digital, events, in-product, and beyond, designed as repeatable, systemized motions
• Owning KPI and funnel performance reporting for your segment, including CQL and revenue targets you can forecast, budget against, and defend independently, and proactively optimizing for improvement
• Developing AI-powered workflows that help the team develop campaigns faster, get to customer and data insights sooner, and reduce manual day-to-day tasks
• Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and other departments across Clio to develop cohesive, customer-centric programs, presenting strategies and results directly to senior leadership with full ownership of your segments

What you have:

• 5+ years in a B2B SaaS Customer Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Program Manager role, with a track record of owning results independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, and business analytics platforms
• Strong project management skills and comfort with Asana or other project management tools
• Demonstrable success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced/high-volume environment with high expectations and tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy development
• An open and curious mindset with respect to AI and a track record of leveraging it to sharpen your craft and increase velocity

Serious bonus points if you have:

• Copywriting experience
• Experience with the legal industry or legal technology
• Incredible planning and organization skills
• AI proficiency from leveraging tools to help accelerate delivering high-end work

This role is a backfill for an existing position.

The expected salary range for this role is $110,300 to $149,300 CAD. Initial placement within the range is informed by geographic region, experience, and skillset, with room to progress as impact and tenure grow. Final offer amounts will vary based on candidate profile.
