MPI - Deerfield, WI | Full-Time | First Shift Build the Relationships that Keeps Our Products Moving to Our CustomersMPI is looking for an Senior Customer Service Partner to join our Deerfield, WI team and play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience.This is position manages communication between customers, warehouse and freight carriers to ensure orders are processed, shipped and delivered accurately and on time.If you enjoy a role where no two days are exactly the same, this could be a great opportunity for you.What You'll DoServe as the main point of contact for order status updates, tracking info, and delivery questions via phone or email.Investigate and resolve shipping delays, lost/damaged goods, or billing questions.Process incoming customer orders and enter data into company systems.Monitor inbound and outbound inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies.Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with freight carriers and warehouse teams.Prepare and manage shipping documentation (such as bills of lading and packing slips).Work closely with sales, production, and warehouse personnel to prioritize rush orders and hit delivery targets.What We're Looking For3+ years of hands-on IT support, systems administration, networking, or related experience, preferably in manufacturing.High school diploma/GED required; IT, networking, cybersecurity, or related education preferred.Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, hardware, servers, backups, printers, and troubleshooting.Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills with the ability to prioritize production-critical issues.Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical employees.Ability to work independently while partnering with Corporate IT and plant leadership.Must be available for First Shift, with occasional on-call, weekend, shutdown, and emergency support.Experience That Will Make You Stand OutPLEX ERP / automotive manufacturingManage logistics and transportation.Manage high-value and VIP accounts.Manage customer software.Investigate root-cause integration and account errors.Resolve customer issues.Collaborate with cross functional team members.Monitor inventory levels and past dues.Why Join MPI?You'll have the opportunity to own the relationships with our customers throughout North America, and make a direct impact on daily operations.
