Training Hours: 8:30-5pm EST Monday-Friday, 30-minute lunch
Onboarding: First 3 Days

Nesting: 9/9/26 - 9/22/26
Post-training Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST, flexible shifts
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests via telephone, providing excellent service to company’s customers with Life insurance policies.
Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Discuss various topics with customers, such as enrolling or changing life insurance amounts, confirming or changing beneficiaries, and explaining policy provisions.
Assist with inquiries about coverage continuation after retirement or leaving an employer, and handle billing inquiries.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Ability to work from home with high-speed internet (500-650 kbps) and a quiet, secure workspace.
Use of video during interviews, coaching, weekly huddles, and virtual training.
Flexibility with work shifts based on business needs.
