RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and generate new business within the hospitality market.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring all customer needs are met efficiently.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as operations and management to deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and communication logs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior customer service staff as needed.
