Job Summary:
This role requires a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead strategic initiatives and act as a liaison between internal security teams and external regulatory bodies. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, overseeing risk portfolios, and ensuring compliance with evolving global governance frameworks. The position involves a blend of strategic leadership, technical expertise in AI and OT security, and strong stakeholder management to drive security advancements across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy roadmaps.
- Manage and report on the aggregated risk posture of business units.
- Assess AI/ML models for security vulnerabilities and bias.
- Conduct risk assessments for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and develop OT security policies.
- Liaison with regulatory agencies and guide steering committees.
Must-Have Skills:- Expertise in AI/ML security and risk management.
- Proven experience in Operational Technology (OT) security.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity regulations and compliance frameworks.
Industry Experience:
Experience in critical infrastructure sectors, particularly the utility industry, is highly preferred for this role, along with a robust background in IT and operational technology security.
