Job Summary:
This role involves bridging the gap between cybersecurity and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment across the enterprise. You will lead critical security initiatives, develop long-term roadmaps, and manage the organization's overall risk posture, with a particular focus on emerging technologies and operational environments. Your expertise will be crucial in safeguarding both digital and industrial control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and internal cybersecurity teams.
Drive enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs and strategic roadmaps.
Oversee comprehensive risk assessments for business units.
Evaluate AI/ML models for security vulnerabilities and bias.
Conduct risk assessments on Industrial Control Systems.
Must-Have Skills:
Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies.
Proven ability to manage large-scale security programs.
Deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
Industry Experience:
Experience in the utility industry, particularly with operational technology security, is highly preferred.
