Summary:

The Senior Data Analyst (Agile) leads complex data analysis efforts to support program evaluation, decision-making, and policy development. 

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages large, complex projects; develops research and evaluation plans; analyzes data; provides policy recommendations; writes technical reports and prepares and presents briefings to executive-level decision makers.
  • Designs, develops, and executes models or analyses for large and/or complex programs or projects.
  • An agile data analyst identifies and describes how data can be used in order to answer questions and solve problems.
  • They will often explore legacy data sources to better understand them, potentially reverse engineering them if existing documentation isn’t sufficient, as well as explore the details supporting stakeholder requirements.
Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder presentations.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MA/MS degree in behavioral science, operations research, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or computer science field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience in Army Accessions is required.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any additional related certifications.
