Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the Cyber Data Operations team within ISDAD. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate upstream data sources, develop technical requirements, and ensure accurate data ingestion into the Cyber Data Warehouse (CyberDW).
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and data development teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and alignment with operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Analyze data trends, patterns, and business performance metrics
• Scrub and validate upstream source system data before loading into CyberDW
• Develop and document technical requirements
• Partner with stakeholders and data engineering teams to understand source systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality standards
• Support reporting and dashboard development initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analysis or related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and BI tools
• Experience analyzing large datasets in enterprise environments
• Strong attention to detail and data validation skills
• Ability to interpret data within a business context
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to SQL and relational databases
• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with data visualization tools such as:
  • Tableau
  • Power BI
  • Google Data Studio
