Job Title: Senior Data Analyst I

Location(s): Atlanta, GA


Summary:
This role supports onboard services logistics operations by maintaining and governing SAP master data across materials, suppliers, pricing, scheduling, and logistics systems. The position works cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, warehousing, planning, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain SAP master data including:
    • Material Masters
    • Contracts
    • Source Lists
    • Order & Delivery Schedules
    • Pricing
    • Station Catalogs
  • Develop and support lifecycle processes and governance for logistics master data.
  • Create and update master data for:
    • Product launches
    • Product discontinuations
    • Supplier onboarding
    • Warehouse changes
    • Accounting updates
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across:
    • Planning
    • Service Delivery
    • Warehousing
    • Inventory Reconciliation
    • Supply Chain
    • Finance
    • Tax
    • SAP COE teams
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve master-data-related issues.
  • Ensure consistency of master data across multiple logistics systems.
  • Recommend process improvements and workflow optimizations.
  • Support automation and modernization initiatives using AI and digital tools.
  • Coordinate SAP system access and permissions with security teams.
  • Train users on logistics systems and master data processes.
  • Create operational and status reports identifying:
    • Progress
    • Risks/blockers
    • Ownership
    • Next steps
  • Utilize AI tools to improve workload management and workflow coordination.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business Management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) experience is required.
  • Minimum:
    • 1+ year of master data management, customer service, or demand planning experience with degree.
    • 3+ years without degree.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to read/write code such as:
    • Python
    • SQL
  • Experience with cross-functional coordination and data governance.

  • AI-enabled workflow/process optimization exposure.
