Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst to support a Customer Experience B2B survey initiative. This role partners closely with business and technical teams to define requirements, assess and improve data quality, and support data migration efforts to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate is analytically strong, SQL‑driven, and comfortable working across complex, cross‑business data environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, define, and document business requirements

  • Provide data recommendations, including data mapping and lineage documentation

  • Clearly and frequently communicate project status, risks, and issues across project modules

  • Identify and recommend data sources across multiple business areas

  • Perform data assessment, profiling, and analysis on complex, cross‑domain datasets

  • Capture and maintain business and technical metadata in collaboration with application owners and technical teams

  • Prepare and execute data quality rules and validation checks

  • Perform root cause analysis to resolve data quality issues and improve data usability for business consumption

  • Support data migration initiatives to GCP, acting as a data analyst (not a developer)

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to support analysis and reporting

  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Key Requirements:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Data Management

  • Business Analysis

  • Data Analytics

  • Project Management

  • Experience with:

  • Data integration

  • Data analysis and analytics

  • Data modeling

  • Strong SQL experience, including:

  • Data profiling

  • Data quality analysis

  • Experience with:

  • ETL processes

  • Data lineage and mapping documentation

  • Data transformation logic

  • Hands-on experience working with at least one of the following platforms:

  • Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery preferred)

  • Oracle

  • SQL Server

  • Teradata

  • Experience supporting or participating in data migration to GCP

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

  • Experience working with customer experience or survey data, especially in a B2B context

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical data requirements

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
