Senior Data Analyst

Are you a Senior Data Analyst with healthcare expertise who excels at transforming complex data into actionable insights? Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Lead the development of data visualizations, dashboards, and analytical tools
• Analyze financials quality, utilization, and equity data to identify trends and inform decision-making
• Translate complex data into compelling reports, charts, and presentations for diverse audiences
• Partner with healthcare leaders, policy experts, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights
• Support data governance, reporting standards, and management of sensitive healthcare information

  Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of analytics experience (healthcare analytics or policy experience preferred)
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, SAS, data visualization, and statistical analysis
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong collaboration, project management, and problem-solving skills

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $150K to $180K, depending on experience.
