The Transportation Continuous Improvement team focuses on identifying loss areas through detailed analytics and leading process enhancements using lean methodologies. This team collaborates across functions to develop, implement, and control improvements that drive operational efficiency. Members apply advanced data analysis, visualization, and quality management techniques to support business decisions and optimize transportation processes. The team values clear communication, strategic problem-solving, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable results. What you''ll do:

• Identify and assess appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and quality standards.
• Perform initial data quality checks and manage data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytical methods and tools.
• Develop and present clear data visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs, supporting informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational goals and business contexts.
• Monitor and maintain data quality metrics, ensuring compliance with governance policies and service level agreements.
• Mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques, visualization best practices, and quality management processes.

What you''ll bring:

• Extensive knowledge of data source identification, including database technologies such as SQL and data quality assessment techniques.
• Strong understanding of business domains, metrics, and processes to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Experience with data quality management frameworks, data governance, and regulatory compliance related to data privacy and security.
• Ability to apply advanced exploratory data analysis and statistical methods using tools like Python and SQL.
• Proven capability to collaborate cross-functionally and deliver data-driven business recommendations aligned with strategic goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
