Job Title: Senior Data & Analytics Architecture Lead
Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data & Analytics Architecture Lead to drive enterprise-scale architecture initiatives for strategic Data and AI programs. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in modern data ecosystems, cloud-native platforms, and enterprise analytics architecture.
This role will lead architecture strategy, guide engineering teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to design scalable and future-ready data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise data architecture and analytics transformation initiatives
Design scalable data platforms using Databricks, AWS, and modern cloud technologies
Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices
Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Product teams
Drive data modernization and cloud migration strategies
Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership
Support executive stakeholders with strategic technology decisions
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Data & Analytics Architecture
Hands-on expertise with Databricks and AWS ecosystem
Knowledge of Data Engineering tools and cloud platforms
Experience with enterprise data lakes, warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines
Understanding of AI/ML data infrastructure
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred:
Experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences domain
Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
