The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in legacy-to-modern data migrations, a strategic mindset, and proven success in Healthcare Payer domain engagements.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end data transformation initiatives, migrating legacy platforms to Snowflake and/or Azure.Provide technical leadership in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures.Drive modernization of BI platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise analytics goals.Manage and mentor a team of leads across onsite and offshore locations.Collaborate closely with offshore teams to ensure CSAT delivery and successful execution of digital transformation programs.Engage in and navigate complex customer conversations, offering strategic solutions and maintaining stakeholder confidence.Operate effectively in a multi-vendor/partner ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.Communicate crisply and clearly with internal and external stakeholders, translating technical challenges into actionable insights.Experience:Location:Educational Qualifications:Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.Skills:Mandatory skillsProven experience in Snowflake and Azure-based data platforms.Strong understanding of BI modernization strategies and tools.Mandatory domain expertise in Healthcare – Payer.Demonstrated success in leading large-scale data programs and cross-functional teams.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.CitiusTech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
