The Low Code Lab is transforming how we work—shifting from reporting to building scalable, user-centric low-code applications that drive efficiency and empower teams. We partner closely with the Human Capital to identify opportunities, automate processes, and enable citizen developers to innovate faster.
As a Senior Data & BI Analyst, you’ll design and deliver impactful solutions in Oracle HCM, helping modernize processes and unlock new ways of working across the organization.

What You’ll Do
•    Design, build, and support applications using OTBI, BIP and Fusion AI Agent Studio
•    Identify and deliver automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability
•    Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into solutions
•    Work with data—extracting, transforming, and validating it to support insights and applications
•    Deliver analysis and insights through visualization tools or agents in the Oracle HCM environment
•    Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
•    Drive continuous improvement through smarter processes and automation

Hiring Minimum: $101700
Hiring Maximum: $173200

Minimum Requirements 
•    Bachelor’s Degree required (business, analytics, engineering, or related field preferred)
•    5+ years of relevant experience
•    Strong expertise in Oracle HCM (OTBI, BIP, Workflows, Fusion Agent AI Studio)
•    Experience with data sources, APIs, and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, databases)
•    Ability to work with and analyze data, including basic statistical techniques
•    Experience with alternate visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView)
•    Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

•    Experience with integration of HCM data with external database
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
