Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.\n \nSummary:\n \nJoin Rush as a Sr. Data Developer and play a pivotal role in advancing data-driven decision-making across a growing portfolio of digital transformation initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to design and deliver sophisticated dashboards, reports, and analytics that directly influence clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.\n \nAs part of the Knowledge Management team within Digital Transformation, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology\u2014translating complex data into meaningful insights that support over 20 strategic initiatives and a multi-million-dollar portfolio. Your work will help drive measurable outcomes, including supporting initiatives projected to deliver significant ROI over the next several years.\n \nThis is an opportunity for a technically strong and analytically minded professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. The position is expected to exemplify Rush's mission, vision, and values, and to operate in full alignment with Rush policies and procedures.\n \nResponsibilities:\n\n Gather business & data requirements from stakeholders.\n Conducts data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions.\n Captures, develops, and documents data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.\n Create and produce forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc.\n Interprets data, analyzes results, and provides insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.\n Develop reports and deliverables for management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders.\n Identifies and defines both process and data improvements.\n Ensures compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis.\n Produces reports and analytics that facilitate evidence-based clinical, financial, and operational decisions.\n Other duties as assigned.\n \nRequirements\n\n Bachelor's degree in information science, computer science or related field.\n At least Five (5) years of data analysis, query design, and reporting experience.\n Experience with reporting solutions using Power BI, MS SQL Server, Azure, Advanced Analytics\n Experience with reports, dashboards, scorecards using Power BI and MDX in a data warehousing environment.\n Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and using relational databases.\n Ability to perform detailed data analysis (i.e. determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples).\n Good visual aesthetic sense relative to report development and presentation to the user.\n Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and customer facing skills\n Must have a strong customer service orientation and excellent organizational skills.\n Experience developing sophisticated reports against complex data sets.\n Ability to read other's SQL queries and make changes/updates as necessary\n Experience with diagnosing and resolving errors in complex reports.\n Strong analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills\n Experience in data ingestion, quality cleanup, and multi source data integration to support analytics and reporting.\n Familiarity with emerging healthcare delivery models and key performance indicators related to subscriptions, application usage, and system throughput.\n \nPreferred Qualifications\n\n At least one (1) year of reporting experience utilizing Epic Clarity and Caboodle applications.\n \nRush is an equal opportunity employer.
