What You Will Do
Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to support analytical and operational needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Utilize Python for data manipulation and analysis, ensuring high-quality data processing.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Looker, Tableau, and Amplitude to communicate insights effectively.
Monitor and optimize data workflows to improve performance and reliability.
Conduct data quality assessments and implement solutions to enhance data integrity.
Provide support and mentorship to junior data team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Ideal Candidate Background
4–6 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis roles.
Proficiency in Python for data processing and analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Preferred
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services.
Experience working in a B2B enterprise environment.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $220K, commensurate with experience. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports work-life balance and professional growth.
