Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with strong Databricks and Database expertise to design and build scalable systems that gather, store, and process large volumes of data for analytics and business intelligence.
This role requires deep experience in data engineering, ETL pipeline development, and cloud-based data platforms within enterprise environments.
Must-Have Skills (Required)- Strong hands-on Databricks expertise
- Strong database expertise (data modeling, performance tuning, optimization)
- Advanced Python and SQL proficiency
- Experience building and optimizing ETL pipelines
- Experience with cloud data tools such as:
- AWS Glue
- Azure Data Factory
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines
- Build and optimize data storage and processing systems
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards
- Optimize database performance and data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics and reporting needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve data performance issues
- Support documentation and best practices for data engineering solutions
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field
- Strong experience handling large datasets in enterprise environments
- Expertise in cloud-based data platforms
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
