This role sits within a collaborative Agile environment where developers work closely with business partners, security, and delivery teams to design reliable data pipelines, strengthen integration frameworks, and contribute reusable development standards across the organization.

What's In Store For You:

This is an onsite-focused opportunity in Charlotte, NC, with a 4-day in-office schedule and 1 remote day per week. The role is structured as contract-to-hire preferred, with direct hire also open. This position requires W2 employment only; no Corp-to-Corp or subcontracting arrangements. The role offers the opportunity to step into a senior technical position with ownership across ETL development, data integration, technical documentation, Agile delivery, and mentorship.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise ETL and data integration solutions.
  • Build and maintain data workflows using SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and related ETL tools.
  • Develop C#/.NET console applications to support integration, automation, and platform efficiency.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify, improve, and automate business processes.
  • Troubleshoot testing issues, diagnose system faults, and ensure solutions meet technical and functional requirements.
  • Contribute reusable components, documentation, and best practices that support scalable data integration delivery.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Support maintenance activities, rotational on-call responsibilities, and production support as needed.
  • Mentor team members, promote code quality, and help maintain architectural integrity across technical initiatives.

Do you bring proven success in ETL development and C#/.NET integration?

  • 5+ years of ETL development experience.
  • 5+ years of SQL experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or comparable ETL tools.
  • Mandatory experience with C#/.NET integration development, specifically console application development.
  • Experience developing and supporting enterprise data integrations, data pipelines, or data exchange frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of data, integration patterns, and technical documentation practices.
  • Ability to take ownership of complex technical initiatives and drive them through completion.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Preferred experience with Azure API Management, Azure Data Factory, MS Azure development, Azure DevOps, Git, Snowflake, JSON, XML, or EDI.
  • Preferred experience leading or mentoring developers in complex technical environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
