Serve as capabilities and account manager for an IC customer for their Managed Attribution tools. This includes account creation, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance and updating.
Work with vendors to understand new capabilities
Lead correspondence between office and customers on all account issues.
Provide technical training to users and answer questions regarding product and account details from users throughout the DOD and IC.
Maintain awareness of current operational and strategic-level intelligence matters in order to properly assist collectors with practical and timely solutions.
Perfom cybersecurity audits to ensure analysts compliance will all regulations and security measures while performing collection.
Assist and answer inquiries from collectors and analysts as necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 12 years of experience in the IC
Current TS/SCI clearance w/ a CI polygraph
