Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Data Governance Lead with strong expertise in metadata management and hands-on experience with Atlan. The role will focus on enterprise metadata strategy, data lineage, stewardship enablement, governance framework development, and cross-functional governance implementation across enterprise data platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise metadata, lineage, and stewardship strategy using Atlan
  • Define Atlan operating standards, onboarding frameworks, and governance best practices
  • Establish governance-by-design through integration with enterprise data platforms and pipelines
  • Mentor data stewards on Atlan capabilities, metadata management, and governance processes
  • Act as escalation point for complex cross-domain data governance issues
  • Partner with architecture, security, compliance, and data teams to implement governance controls

Industry Experience:
  • Experience working in enterprise data governance environments within Banking, Retail, Healthcare, Technology, or large-scale enterprise organizations preferred
