Perform record-by-record reconciliation, aggregate totals validation, and exception identification to ensure no data loss or corruption during the PeopleSoft-to-Workday migration
Refine data crosswalks showing PeopleSoft field equivalents, data type conversions, formula translations, and Workday FDM integration points
Identify data quality issues, unmapped fields, transformation failures, and process deviations between legacy and target systems
Review and validate how PeopleSoft budget data integrates into Workday via Financial Data Model, ensuring compliance with FDM schema requirements
Document validation findings and remediation steps. Prepare detailed validation reports with exception logs, root cause analysis, and recommended corrective actions for data issues
Work closely with other teams to identify and solve issues.
Support UAT and sign-off activities & Collaborate with Budget team members and project stakeholders to validate reconciliation results and certify readiness for go-liv
