Key Responsibilities

Data Modeling: Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models.

Cloud Architecture: Architecture data solutions specifically for cloud platforms.

Pipeline Design: Assist in designing ETL/ELT data integration workflows.

Optimization: Tune database performance, indexing, and storage costs.

Governance: Establish data standards, metadata registries, and security rules.

Required Technical Skills

Cloud Platforms: AWS (Redshift), Azure (Synapse), or Google Cloud (BigQuery).

Data Warehouses: Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud-native relational databases.

Modeling Tools: Erwin, ERwin, Hackolade, or DbSchema.

Methodologies: Kimball Data Warehousing, Data Vault 2.0, or Inmon.

Languages: Advanced SQL and scripting languages like Python.

Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years

Data Modeling Architecture Architect cloud native Snowflake data warehouses, implementing starsnowflake schemas and optimizing dimensional models.
