Job Title: Senior Data Privacy Business Analyst (OneTrust / TPRM)
Work Location & Reporting Address: Richardson, TX 75082 (Onsite-Hybrid. Will consider candidates willing to relocate to client s location)

Must Have Skills:
  • OneTrust (Data Mapping, Classifications, PIA, TIA)
  • CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA, HIPAA, GDPR
  • Experience in Data Privacy Compliance Audits

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in Data Privacy Framework
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC), Transfer Impact Assessments (TIA)

Detailed Job Description:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements to support TPRM technology product planning and development.
  • Conduct business process mapping to analyze existing TPRM workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide solution design and engineering efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross?functional stakeholders to analyze, design, and recommend technology solutions addressing third?party risk challenges.
  • Support the end?to?end product lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Serve as a liaison between business, technology, and risk teams to ensure alignment with TPRM objectives and regulatory expectations.
  • Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, and validation.
  • Assist in documenting workflows, data mappings, system configurations, and technical specifications related to TPRM platforms and products.
  • Support compliance, governance, and audit initiatives related to third?party risk management solutions.

Minimum Years of Experience:
8 years

Certifications Needed:
Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), IAPP certifications
