Client Go-to-Market Data & Intelligence (GDI) organization is seeking an experienced Data Product Manager to help translate strategic business priorities and stakeholder needs into scalable, trusted, and actionable data products. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data, analytics, and engineering. The Data Product Manager will own the translation of strategic objectives and use cases into clear product roadmaps, requirements, priorities, and executable plans for technical teams. The ideal candidate combines strong Technical Product Management fundamentals—roadmapping, discovery, prioritization, stakeholder management, requirements definition, and cross-functional delivery—with experience building or managing enterprise data products. Candidates should bring strong experience in at least one of GDI's three strategic areas, with preference toward Customer Data Governance and Customer Intelligence at Scale.
Job Responsibilities:
Translate strategic goals and business needs into product roadmaps, product plans, epics, releases, and actionable requirements.
Lead product discovery with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand user needs, use cases, workflows, and desired outcomes.
Own prioritization based on customer value, strategic fit, dependencies, technical feasibility, and implementation effort.
Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, Data Engineers, Analysts, Data Scientists, BI teams, and Data Governance specialists throughout the product lifecycle.
Ensure technical solutions remain aligned with intended business and user outcomes.
Drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders, clearly communicating priorities, decisions, trade-offs, and progress.
Establish feedback loops and success measures to continuously improve product quality, adoption, scalability, and business impact.
Identify opportunities for standardization, reuse, simplification, and automation rather than one-off solutions.
Relevant Data Product Experience:
Candidates should demonstrate meaningful experience in at least one of the following areas:
Trusted Customer Foundation / Customer Data Governance — Preferred Experience with data products involving areas such as:
Master Data Management, Customer 360, or customer identity
Entity resolution, account hierarchies, match/merge, and deduplication
Third-party data ingestion and enrichment
Data quality, governance, reconciliation, and exception management
Policy-driven workflows, controls, auditability, and automation
Customer Intelligence at Scale — Preferred Experience with enterprise data and analytics products involving areas such as:
Analytical data platforms, warehouses, or lakehouse environments
Governed datasets, shared metrics, definitions, and semantic consistency
Data enrichment, pipelines, APIs, and productionized intelligence
BI products, dashboard consolidation, migration, or rationalization
Embedded analytics or intelligence within enterprise applications
AI-, assistant-, or agent-enabled data experiences
Strategic Data Research / Data Science Products Experience product-managing areas such as:
Predictive analytics or machine-learning products
Expansion, retention, propensity, recommendation, or scoring models
Model explainability and actionable signals
Experimentation and hypothesis-driven product development
Operationalizing analytical models and insights into business workflows
What Success Looks Like:
The successful Data Product Manager will:
Turn ambiguous strategic objectives into clear, prioritized, and executable product roadmaps.
Enable technical teams with high-quality requirements, product plans, and decisions.
Build strong alignment between stakeholders, business outcomes, and technical execution.
Help GDI deliver trusted, reusable, scalable data and intelligence products that improve Go-to-Market decision-making.
