Senior Data Scientist, Content Analytics

The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on excellence in business operations, comprehensive fan intelligence, plus internal technology and business solutions. We connect teams across Experiences with data, insights, and technology to accelerate business outcomes.
Your Impact
You will define how content analytics informs marketing strategy by connecting creative performance to business outcomes and guiding decision-making across teams.
Responsibilities
Design scalable models to standardize and analyze marketing content using AI techniques
Connect content performance to acquisition, engagement, and revenue outcomes
Lead experimentation design including A/B, multivariate, and causal impact methods
Partner with analysts and stakeholders to define measurement frameworks
Integrate data from multiple sources to generate insights across channels
Deliver insights through clear narratives and visualizations
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in STEM or economics
46 years experience in data science or analytics
Experience applying statistical methods to business problems
Strong SQL experience with large datasets
Experience using Python or R for advanced modeling
Core Skills and Experience
Build predictive and statistical models at scale
Define analytical approaches for ambiguous problems
Influence decisions through data storytelling
Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
Experience with marketing, media, or content analytics

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
