A rapidly growing Fintech client is looking to hire a Senior Data Scientist. This is a high-ownership role at a fast-scaling consumer tech company where your models don't sit in a deck, they go live and directly shape how millions of users experience the product, with real, visible impact on engagement and revenue.

Required Skills :

• 5+ years of data science experience with a strong emphasis on machine learning modeling
• Proficiency in Python (Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) and SQL
• MUST come from a D2C company, in a high-volume behavioral data environment
• MUST have end-to-end ownership- building models and deploying them into production, not handing them off to another team
• Strong understanding of core ML techniques: logistic regression, gradient boosting, decision trees, clustering
• Experience designing, running, and analyzing experiments (A/B testing)
• Strong communication skills; able to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus/Soft Skills :

• Experience in fintech or e-commerce specifically
• Familiarity with GCP (Vertex AI, Dataflow), dbt, or BigQuery
• Experience with Scala for data pipeline work
