What You'll Need to Have:
5+ years of experience in data science or related analytical roles, with proven expertise in statistics and data science principles including AB testing, hypothesis testing, and modeling bias
Advanced proficiency in SQL and ETL processes, with demonstrated ability to work with both on-premise and cloud-based hybrid databases
Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx workflow development for building and optimizing data flows
Proven experience developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards with the ability to integrate new data sources
Solid understanding of modeling techniques including Bayesian Modeling, Classification models, Cluster analysis, Neural Networks, and Multivariate statistics
Experience with pertinent statistical software, languages, and tools for model development and deployment
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (or 9+ years combined higher education and work experience)
Demonstrated ability to analyze large, complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights
