Own pricing model development and refinement supporting risk segmentation, rate adequacy, and portfolio performance through statistical and machine learning techniques. Role partners cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable analytical and pricing solutions, supports implementation of models into pricing workflows, and communicates insights to leadership and stakeholders. Relevant B.S./M.S. degree required along with 3-5+ years' data science, analytics, or pricing experience in P&C insurance. Advanced SQL, Python, or R proficiency and experience working with large complex datasets needed.
