The Human Services Department (HSD) works to ensure Seattle communities thrive by meeting basic needs through innovative, collaborative approaches. HSD's Data Performance and Evaluation (DPE) Team seeks a Senior Data Systems Administrator to serve as the department's lead steward for HSD's enterprise data systems. This role leads the development of HSD's new provider data portal, overseeing project management, data governance, system design, and user adoption. The provider data portal is built on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse and Power Apps, requiring leadership in data architecture and platform governance.

This position will report to the Research & Evaluation Manager and collaborates closely with program divisions, IT partners, leadership, and external providers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced systems and data leader who wants to shape the future of HSD's enterprise data ecosystem and strengthen how data is used to serve Seattle communities.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires three years of experience in systems, operations, procedures, research or analysis and a bachelors degree in business or public administration, finance, computer science or a related field (or a combination of education, training or experience that provides an equivalent background required to perform the work of the class).
OR: An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the position duties

The full salary range for this position is $56.23 - $65.54 an hour.
