data warehouse architecture, integration, and governance with
hands-on analytics, KPI development, and Power BI dashboarding. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor — capable of designing scalable data solutions while also building actionable reports and insights that drive financial and operational decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Architecture & Warehouse Management- Architect, implement, and manage enterprise data warehouse solutions leveraging Oracle Database and Microsoft Fabric.
- Lead the design and development of ETL/ELT processes, ensuring accurate, reliable, and scalable data pipelines.
- Monitor and optimize database and query performance, including tuning to meet SLAs.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, security, compliance, and metadata documentation.
Analytics & Reporting- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into KPIs across finance, operations, and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand critical metrics and translate requirements into clear, actionable reporting solutions.
- Build and optimize reporting solutions pulling from ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems.
- Automate report generation and distribution to support timely decision-making.
Collaboration & Leadership- Act as a liaison between finance, operations, and IT to ensure alignment between data strategy and business objectives.
- Mentor and guide data engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, Power BI innovations, and emerging data architecture practices to continuously improve the data ecosystem.
Qualifications- Extensive experience designing and managing data warehouses, ideally with Oracle Database and Microsoft Fabric.
- Proven expertise in Power BI dashboard/report development, DAX, and data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and pipeline development.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM data structures and financial operations reporting.
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, financial metrics, and operational data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience implementing data governance, security, and compliance practices.
- Previous leadership experience managing small data/analytics teams preferred.
