Pay Range: $59.80hr - $64.80hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 15 years combined experience in database administration for DB2 for z/OS, SQL Server 2008R2, 2012, and Oracle 10g and above.
- Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS application integration, performance management, and database administration.
- Advanced knowledge of upgrading DB2 for z/OS.
- Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS catalog maintenance.
- Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS sub-system point in time recovery.
- Advanced knowledge of JCL.
- In depth knowledge of the z/OS integrated platform.
- In depth knowledge of CA GEN model management and application object support.
- In depth knowledge of ISPF.
- In depth knowledge of the ASG Scheduler.
- In depth knowledge of COBOL.
- In depth knowledge of the use and interpretation of DB2 for z/OS database monitoring tools.
- In depth knowledge of the use and interpretation of z/OS software monitoring tools.
- In depth knowledge of technical infrastructure implementation planning and coordinating.
- Solid working knowledge of z/OS started task creation and management.
- Solid working knowledge of IBI z/OS service support.
- Solid working knowledge of AFOPER commands.
- Solid working knowledge of RACF.
- Solid working knowledge of CICS.
- Solid working knowledge of IOF.
- Solid working knowledge of the technical requirements of Disaster Recovery.
- Solid working knowledge of Oracle application integration, performance management, and database administration.
- Solid working knowledge of MSSQL application integration, performance management, and database administration.
- Solid working knowledge of verification testing techniques for infrastructure change management.
- Working knowledge of z/OS EXITs.
- Working knowledge of BJS.
- Working knowledge of Windows Servers.

- Working knowledge of Azure.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database schemas meet standards for data requirements.
- Assist in the design, development, amendment, and optimization of the schema to meet system requirements.
- Develop database and warehousing design across multiple platforms and computing environments.
- Work as part of a team to develop an overall data architecture that supports organizational needs and meets security standards.
- Perform daily operational and database administration activities.
- Plan, design, implement, and support database structures.
- Conduct database performance monitoring and tuning.
- Develop and maintain database administration procedures and documentation.
- Perform SQL Code reviews.
- Assist with training and mentoring other technical staff.
- Perform other database or infrastructure activities as requested.
