As a Senior Coach, you will lead practice on shift, support less experienced staff and help maintain high standards of care, safeguarding and behaviour management within the home.You will work closely with Team Leaders and management to create a stable, nurturing and structured environment where young people feel safe, understood and supported to achieve positive outcomes.Our home is a specialist residential children's home supporting young people aged 13 to 17 with learning disabilities and a range of complex and additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, epilepsy, global developmental delay, sensory processing difficulties, communication difficulties, PICA and behaviours that may challenge.
