We have an exciting opportunity for you to join North Carolina Division Office which is part of the nation's leading provider of healthcare services, HCA Healthcare.Job Summary and QualificationsRole exists to audit, organize, analyze, and present clinical and financial information required to support Service Lines, physicians, management, and other staff involved in efforts to improve patient care, operational processes, and financial performance. Other responsibilities include assisting others in researching and understanding the various components of the many inter-related hospital functions, including patient registration, billing, general clinical practice, reimbursement, and cost. Obtain a thorough understanding of medical and operating infrastructure of Mission Health System in order to facilitate analysis and decision making by System Leadership, physicians, and other individuals in the system, utilizing an integrated repository of key clinical and financial patient data.Responsible for maintaining data and solving data integrity issues and improving Decision Support software and system. Provide meaningful, accurate and timely data to customers. Effectively transform mass data into usable information. Maximize data usefulness through efficient and effective dissemination of data to the end user; maximize the efficiency and productivity of the end user.
