Drive product innovation by developing new solutions and enhancing existing technologies across multiple engineering disciplines. Act as a technical subject matter expert within electronics and/or embedded systems. Conduct risk assessments, identify potential design challenges, and develop mitigation strategies throughout project execution. Own and manage the engineering design process while ensuring adherence to established development standards and procedures. Create and maintain detailed CAD models, specifications, drawings, and technical documentation. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support production readiness, process improvements, and repair methodologies. Analyze product performance, customer requirements, and compliance standards to implement effective design improvements. Support validation, testing, and qualification activities to ensure robust product performance and reliability. Minimum of 8 years experience in electronics product design and development. Strong expertise in electronic systems, embedded technologies, and product development lifecycles. Experience using eCAD software, simulation tools, and PLM systems. Working knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, and Python. Deep understanding of electronic design principles, microelectronic assemblies, and manufacturing processes. Experience with design verification, testing methodologies, and technical documentation. Familiarity with cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments is advantageous. Strong project management skills, including experience with DFMEA and structured engineering processes.
