Senior Design EngineerThe Senior Design Engineer will:Lead the design and development of complex products across electrical, electronic, photonic, and mechanical domainsServe as a subject matter expert in electronics and/or embedded systemsConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teamsDevelop and maintain detailed CAD models, technical drawings, and documentationPartner with manufacturing to optimize production processes and improve product performanceMentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation effortsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
