Contract Senior Designer – Creative Systems

We're seeking an experienced Senior Designer to support our in-house Creative team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly jump in and produce high-quality digital marketing creative while also helping us build scalable design systems and AI-enabled creative workflows.

The contractor will design performance-driven assets across paid media, social, email, and brand campaigns, while creating reusable templates, component libraries, and modular frameworks that improve speed and consistency across the team.

Ideal background:

• 5–8+ years of digital, marketing, or visual design experience (agency and in-house)
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, performance marketing, and brand design
• Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience building design systems, templates, and scalable creative frameworks
• Familiarity with AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, etc.) and an interest in improving creative workflows through AI
• Ability to balance polished, custom design work with scalable, repeatable solutions
• Strong communicator who works well with cross-functional marketing and creative teams
