Key Responsibilities

• Act as a vital creative partner within the Marketing & Advertising team, spearheading the design vision for campaigns aimed at client acquisition and candidate engagement.
• Conceptualize and create captivating visual assets for both digital and print mediums, including web layouts, landing pages, social media graphics (both paid and organic), email campaigns, sales presentations, event materials, and brand collateral.
• Transform business objectives and marketing strategies into clear, visually cohesive narratives that set our organization apart in a competitive landscape.
• Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, recruiters, and sales leaders to maintain and evolve our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Oversee projects from initial concept to final execution, developing mood boards, wireframes, mockups, and production-ready assets while managing multiple timelines and priorities.
• Utilize performance data, stakeholder feedback, and design best practices to refine and enhance creative work for clarity, usability, and conversion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior design role, demonstrating strong creative direction and meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor junior or freelance designers as needed.
• A passion for marketing and a deep understanding of how design influences business outcomes.
