Job Description
Title: Sr. Designer
Location: Houston, Texas
Schedule: Onsite for the first 12 months then hybrid 3 day onsite
Duration: Full-Time Position
Salary: 100K - 150K
Responsibilites:
- Develop Revit 3D designs for water/wastewater facilities and contribute to municipal projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external firms.
- Help build the 3D/CAD/BIM program and lead BIM initiatives.
- Mentor junior designers and take on additional responsibilities.
Must-haves:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in designing in water/waste water facilities government experience
- Civil 3D Revit
- AutoCAD 3D modeling; piping pumps, mechanical equipment
This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client. All compensation and benefits, including but not limited to medical insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks, will be provided by the client in accordance with their internal policies and subject to applicable laws and eligibility requirements.
